Hatha is the umbrella term for all forms of physical yoga practice. At Chi-Town Shakti we practice Hatha in the Shambhava tradition which is a meditative form of yoga. Hatha classes are multi-level and appropriate for anyone at any level of their practice. The teacher will offer modifications and different ways to work deeply into the poses while encouraging body awareness and inner focus. Depending on the students in the class, the teacher may offer a range of challenge in the poses encouraging students to work into their physical yoga
