Build from the ground-up. Examine your stride through weight distribution and balance exercises; lengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quads; open your hips; and tone up your core for better support. Practice pranayama to help use your breath to your advantage.

Please arrive early, the office opens 15 minutes before each class. Classes begin on time. Once the class has begun the doors are locked for security purposes.
