For Level 1, 200 Hour Certification we recommend two years of physical practice. Remember you needn’t be able to do every pose in yoga, simply have a basic understanding of how to practice. Come with an open heart, an open mind and a willingness to learn.

For Advanced, 500 Hour Certification we recommend any RYS Level 1, 200 hour program including but not limited to our own. It can be helpful to have also had some experience teaching yoga.

How do I know if I’m ready?
If you have a desire to take your practice to a deeper level or to share the gift of yoga with others, you are ready.

Are there residential accommodations?
Not at this time. However we can recommend local accommodations when requested.
