As spring approaches and hope of emerging from the pandemic glimmers, this workshop encourages us to open to new possibilities. We will explore ways to enhance our practice with the simple help of the wall, which we can use to aid alignment, create challenge, and provide support. The workshop will include pranayama (breathwork) and asana (physical practice) with a focus on opening our hearts and nurturing supple yet stable hips. It is open to all levels but assumes some prior yoga experience.
Bring your own mat. A blanket or large towel, plus two blocks also are recommended.

In-Person Classes and Workshops currently capped at 5 people
Pre-registration required
Doors open 15 min before class
Please arrive early enough to set up and get settled before class begins
Please do not attend if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been recently exposed to COVID-19
Masks are required for both students and instructors
Please bring your own Yoga Mat. We recommend bringing 2 yoga blocks and a blanket or large towel as well.
Floors will be taped to indicate mat placement to ensure mats are spaced for social distancing
Bring your own water/water bottle
Hand sanitizer provided. We encourage use upon arrival.
CTS staff will be sanitizing high touch/high traffic areas after each class
