This 90-minute in-person in-studio workshop encourages us to open to new possibilities as we embrace spring. We will explore ways to enhance our practice with the help of the wall, which we can use to aid alignment, create challenge, and provide support. The workshop will include pranayama (breathwork) and asana (physical practice) with a focus on opening our hearts and nurturing supple yet stable hips. It is open to all levels but assumes some prior yoga experience. Come enjoy this “yoga at the wall” workshop!
