Intro to Meditation: Seeking Stillness in Daily Life welcomes anyone interested in exploring meditation as a beginner, or even enhancing or re-igniting a meditation practice already begun. Students will learn foundations of ShambhavAnanda Yoga® Meditation, begin to discover their vast inner world, and practice in community with an opportunity to connect with others. Each 45 minute class will begin with a brief introduction to that week’s meditation practice (a different practice each week!), a 30-minute guided meditation, and will conclude with 5-10 minutes of Q&A.

**Attendees are also welcome to join for additional meditation support Tuesday evenings via Zoom from 8 to 830 pm and Sunday Mornings (in-person or via Zoom) from 1015 to 1115 am. These sessions are donation based. You are welcome to attend at no cost. Choose “free” option at checkout.
Bio:
Pam (she/her) was introduced to yoga in 2008 and was quickly drawn in by the physical and energetic benefits after just a few classes. She completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and ShambhavAnanda Yoga® Meditation Certification at Chi-Town Shakti in 2022. Pam’s wish is that her students learn to calm their thought waves and find stillness within, explore their natural state of inner peace; and feel a bit more grounded and centered as they step off their mat or cushion and back into their day.
