Deborah Norris, Ph.D., C-IAYT, is a neurobehavioral scientist, clinical exercise physiologist, Certified Yoga Therapist, author, and founder of The Mindfulness Center. With over four decades of experience in mind-body health, yoga research, and education, Dr. Norris has taught mind-body and behavioral medicine in university and medical settings and has conducted research on mind-body therapies for the relief of chronic pain at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Children’s National Medical Center.
